Anon(ymous) Opens at Wabash College The Wabash College Theater Department is performing Naomi Iizuka’s play Anon(ymous), a modern re-telling of Homer’s Odyssey , in Ball Theater of the Fine Arts Center. Wabash Earns Top Ranking by The Princeton Review The Princeton Review rated Wabash as No. 1 in both Best Alumni Network and Best Internship Opportunities, No. 22 in Best Schools for Financial Aid, and No. 26 out of 200 of the nation’s Best Value Colleges. Senkbeil Endows Scholarship in Husband’s Memory Carol Senkbeil honors her late husband Roger ’68 with an endowed scholarship in his name, awarded to a member of the Wabash College Glee Club in memory of Roger’s love of singing. Wabash Again a Top Producer of Fulbright U.S. Students Wabash College remains among an elite group of institutions included on the list of U.S. colleges and universities that produced the most 2019-20 Fulbright U.S. Students. Wabash, ATI Expand Opportunities for Low-Income Students When Wabash College was approached about partnering with the American Talent Initiative (ATI) to expand efforts to enroll high-achieving, low-income students, it seemed like a perfect match. Wabash Basketball, Local Students Team Up for Reading The Wabash College basketball team and two kindergarten and first-grade classes at Hose Elementary School have been going to each other’s schools reading books and playing games, while also establishing student-mentor relationships. Three Wabash Students Earn Orr Fellowships Gabriel Anguiano, Matt Fajt, and David Riggs are guaranteed a two-year, salaried position with one of the Orr Fellowship’s host companies. Wabash Begins New Army ROTC Scholarship Program The program will provide up to three full scholarships for entering Wabash freshmen each year who are chosen by the Army to participate in the ROTC program. Wabash Receives $100,000 Lilly Endowment Grant The planning grant allows Wabash to review successful strategies and collaborate with other institutions to build on best practices to ensure student success for historically underserved groups, as well as identify aspects of the College’s innovative summer bridge program, the Wabash Liberal Arts Immersion Program.
